In this project, Uniview unified IP intelligent surveillance solution was applied. The advantages of Uniview’s solution are clear image, real-time performance, reliable data etc. In addition, Uniview IPC was embedded EPON transmission interface card which could directly connect to fiber and use EPON to transmit. It avoided the disadvantages of traditional IP network transmission such as limited transmission distance, low security level and the series disconnection in traditional point-to-point fiber program. Moreover, data security was improved while the difficulties of wire deployment and system cost were reduced.
